Of course, we will send you digital proofs for your approval and will start the production only when it is all approved. 1-2 rounds of minor changes are included with your purchase.

Of course! We can change colors and do small edits on our designs according to your needs. There’s no extra charge for this on orders over 60 units of the same item. A design fee might apply for smaller quantities and for complex requests.

Please be aware that different screens might display colors differently. If you want to be 100% sure of the exact colors of our products, we encourage you to get a sample pack before placing your full order. Color variations are not considered a reason for product exchange.

Absolutely! They can be used for any type of event, birthday parties, bridal showers, quinceañeras, dinners, galas, etc. We have even adapted them for Bar mitzvahs.

Yes it can! Most of the time we suggest doing separate versions for each language, so the cards won't look too crowded. We allow 2 different languages on orders over 60 units of the same item. A design fee will apply for smaller quantities. The most common languages we work with are Spanish, English and French, but we can do any other languages as long as you provide the wording.

The purpose of the sample packages is allowing you to experience the manufacturing quality and materials of our products. The samples will come with the same information as shown in the pictures. Personalization is only included on orders over the minimum quantity specified for each product (40 units in most cases).

At the moment, we only offer digital versions of our cards designs: Papel Picado and Talavera. We politely decline requests for digital versions of our other cards designs and papel picado flags.

We will send you a confirmation message with the estimated delivery dates within 24 hours after we receive your order (next business day on weekends and holidays). If you need it sooner than the dates we give you, it is possible to upgrade your shipping option while we are still processing your order.

Online tracking is available for all shipments to the U.S. and Mexico.For shipments via Correos de México / USPS, tracking might experience delays during the busiest months of the year. Tracking for expedited shipping via UPS and DHL updates in real time any time of the year.
For other countries, online tracking information is available for all expedited shipping via UPS and DHL. For shipments via Correos de Mexico, tracking information availability depends on the destination country.
